CorporateBuyings.com is seeking a dynamic Manager \- Courier Operation to lead operation and onboarding initiatives for Courier Business. You will act as liaison between Sales,Platform, operation and clients, manage total operation with mid to large\-sized organizations, and maintain TAT and execution with accountability for deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Operations Management
Oversee end\-to\-end courier operations including pickups, deliveries, and tracking. Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely service. Monitor performance metrics (TAT, delivery success rate, cost efficiency). Resolve operational issues and escalations effectively.
2\. Platform Ownership Take full ownership of the courier module on the B2B platform. Work closely with product and tech teams to improve platform efficiency. Ensure smooth onboarding of clients onto the platform.
3\. Team \& Stakeholder Management Lead and manage a small operations team. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, customer support, finance). Maintain relationships with courier partners and vendors.
4\. Reporting \& Analytics Track operational KPIs. Generate regular reports and insights for management. Use data to optimize pricing, routes, and service quality.
5–8 years of experience in courier, logistics, or cargo industry. Strong background in Courier operations management. Ability to take ownership and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Expertise in Courier Operation management. Strong leadership and team\-building abilities. Strategic thinking with a results\-oriented mindset. Excellent Client Acquisition skills.
