Job Description
The candidate should have proper knowledge of latest accounting process for real estate and brokerage firm. Candidates having 1 to 4 yr exp. will preferred. Fresh CA and ICWA may also apply. Joining would be immediate.
Processing brokerage bills, verification of tripartite agreements for home loan cases, Recording of bookings and collections preparation of weekly and monthly MIS. Basic awareness of GST n TDS applicability for real estate.
