The E\-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, customer support, digital marketing coordination, and overall performance of the e\-commerce platform. The role involves leading cross\-functional teams including Billing \& Packing, E\-Commerce Support, Corporate Gifts, and Digital Marketing to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
l Oversee day\-to\-day e\-commerce operations including order management, billing, packing, and dispatch.
l Ensure timely processing of customer orders with minimal errors.
l Monitor website performance, product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
l Lead and manage E\-Commerce Support, Billing \& Packing, Corporate Gifts, and Digital Marketing teams.
l Allocate tasks and monitor productivity and performance of team members.
l Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
l Ensure high standards of customer service for queries, complaints, and escalations.
l Work closely with the support team to improve response time and resolution quality.
l Implement customer feedback improvements.
l Drive online sales growth through promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
l Track KPIs such as conversion rate, order fulfillment time, and customer satisfaction.
l Analyze sales trends and prepare performance reports.
l Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for online campaigns, ads, and promotions.
l Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
l Support new product launches and seasonal promotions.
l Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in e\-commerce operations.
l Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies.
l Ensure data accuracy, system discipline, and process adherence.
