Job Description

Overall execution and supervision of EHV/HV Substation construction and erection activities.
Planning and monitoring daily site work to achieve project milestones and timelines.
Coordination with client, consultants, contractors, and vendors at site.
Managing erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, switchgear, control panels, CT/PT, LA, busbars, and associated equipment.
Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Implementing HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment) requirements and maintaining a zero\-accident culture.
Monitoring manpower, equipment, and material availability for smooth execution.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS updates.
Resolving site issues and ensuring timely closure of punch points.
Coordinating inspections, QA/QC activities, and client approvals.
Managing subcontractors and ensuring productivity and workmanship quality.
Supporting project handover, documentation, and final commissioning activities.

Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in 400kV or higher voltage substation projects.
Strong knowledge of substation equipment erection, testing, commissioning, and safety practices.
Good leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
