Job Description
- *Position Title:** Manager – Finance \& Accounts (Chartered Accountant)
- *Function / Department:** Finance \& Accounts

- *Salary Range :**₹24 L – ₹ 30L per annum
Own financial control, statutory and tax compliance, accurate books, and management reporting for Dhanraj Global Corporation across its real\-estate and hospitality operations — and actively support the company’s transition to a professionally managed, IPO\-ready organisation by strengthening financial controls, audit\-readiness, and governance to listing standards.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting \& Financial Control**
- Own the integrity of the books of accounts across all entities/projects; ensure accurate, timely recording in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / AS as applicable).
- Oversee month\-end and year\-end closing; ensure timely and accurate finalisation of accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and the documented finance SOP framework; identify and close control gaps.
- Oversee project\-wise / cost\-centre accounting and ensure correct revenue recognition for real\-estate and hospitality income.
- *Statutory, Tax \& Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, and other applicable direct and indirect tax obligations, including returns, payments, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, ROC/MCA filings, and applicable RERA financial requirements (including the 70% RERA designated\-account discipline and project\-fund utilisation).
- Coordinate and manage statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit; liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure zero missed statutory deadlines.
- Manage direct and indirect tax planning within the legal framework; optimize tax efficiency for projects and entities.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and representations before authorities, supported by consultants where required.
- *Management Reporting \& MIS**
- Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial statements, variance analysis, and cash\-flow statements to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and project\-level financial feasibility and monitoring.
- Provide accurate, decision\-useful financial information to the MD/CFO and the Board as required.
- *Treasury, Banking \& Fund Management**
- Oversee banking operations, fund flow, and working\-capital management; monitor project cash flows against budgets.
- Manage banking relationships, loan documentation, DSCR/covenant compliance, and lender reporting.
- Ensure adherence to the payment\-approval, bank\-management, and fund\-utilisation SOPs and dual sign\-off controls.
- *IPO\-Readiness \& Governance Support**
- Support the IPO\-readiness agenda: restatement of accounts, related\-party\-transaction documentation, financial\-control mapping, and due\-diligence data rooms.
- Strengthen documentation, audit trails, and reporting to listed\-company standards; support ISO 9001 finance\-process compliance.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, merchant bankers, and consultants during the listing process.
- *Team \& Process Management**
- Lead, train, and review the accounts team; allocate work and ensure SOP adherence.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and accuracy across the finance function.
- *Decision Authority (per Delegation of Authority matrix)**
- May approve payments and accounting entries within defined DoA limits, under dual sign\-off where prescribed.
- Authority to sign/file statutory returns within scope; commitments creating financial liability require management approval. No authority to deviate from statutory or RERA fund\-utilisation rules.
- *Qualifications \& CompetenciesEssential**
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI), in good standing.
- 10 years post\-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance (real estate / construction / hospitality experience strongly preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Ind AS/AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and RERA financial provisions.
- Proficiency in accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally / SAP / equivalent) and advanced MS Excel.
- Exposure to IPO / fund\-raising / due\-diligence processes; experience with internal financial controls and SOP\-driven environments.
- Experience in project\-wise revenue recognition and real\-estate cost accounting.
- Integrity and ethical judgement, attention to detail, analytical rigour, ownership, deadline discipline, and clear financial communication to non\-finance stakeholders.
Real Estate / Construction / Hospitality (listed or IPO\-track companies preferred).
Pay: ₹2,400,000\.00 \- ₹3,000,000\.00 per year
