• *About the Role**

A leading, established business group based in Patna is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and articulate Manager (Finance \& Admin). This is a dual\-responsibility role where you will spearhead the financial health of the organization while ensuring seamless, efficient day\-to\-day administrative operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Financial Management**

Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and P\&L accounts.

Manage tax compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and coordinate with internal/external auditors.

Monitor expenditures and implement cost\-control measures across departments.

• *Administrative Leadership**

Supervise daily office administration, facility management, and procurement of office supplies/assets.

Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and relationships.

Oversee HR\-adjacent admin tasks, including attendance management, payroll verification, and office policy implementation.

Maintain a productive, compliant, and safe working environment.

• *Team \& Communication Management**

Liaise effectively with banks, financial institutions, government bodies, and external stakeholders.

Provide clear financial insights and reports to senior management.

Lead and mentor a small team of accounts and admin executives.

• *Candidate Profile**

• *Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), MBA (Finance), or Inter\-CA/Inter\-ICWA.

• *Experience:** Proven experience in a mid\-to\-senior level finance role with handled administrative responsibilities.

• *Skills:**

Deep knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), and ERP software.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem\-solving abilities.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.
