Manager Finance

• *Job Title:** Manager \- Finance
• *Job Location:** Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (full\-time work from office position) **Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA \- Finance from a reputed institute. A CA drop out may also be considered.**
• *Experience:** 3\+ years’ experience in managing daily accounting, tax compliance, finalization of books, MIS, Wealth Management \& Investment for a small private limited company in a service industry. The position will also be required to liaison and manage the external company secretary.
• *Reporting To:** Founder \& CEO Job Summary: We are looking for a competent and detail\-oriented Finance \& Accounts Manager to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and banking operations. This position will also assist with corporate finance and strategic corporate restructuring; and manage the family office and investment portfolio. The role also involves coordinating with external consultants like CA, CS, Labour Law Consultant, Wealth Manager, M\&A Consultant. etc.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *1\. Accounting \& Financial Management**

o Oversee day\-to\-day accounting in Tally Prime, including banking, petty cash, vendor registration and payments, customer invoicing, e\-invoicing, and payment follow\-ups.

o Perform bank, vendor, customer, GST, and TDS reconciliations.

o Manage payroll, prepare MIS reports, and monitor cash flow and financial transactions.

o Inward Remittance: Ensure collection of payments from foreign law firms in compliance with FEMA regulations.

o Outward Remittance: Ensure compliance with DTAA while making payments to overseas immigration law firms. Research and recommend the most cost\-effective method for this transaction.

• *2\. Taxation, Statutory Compliance \& Audit**

o Ensure timely payment and compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, EPF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory requirements.

o Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for tax return filing, audits, finalization of books of accounts, and Income Tax Returns.

o Coordinate with the Company Secretary for ROC filings and other corporate compliances. o Facilitate TDS payments on purchase / lease of residential properties on behalf of our expat clients.

• *3\. Strategic Investments \& Financial Advisory Support**

o Coordinate investments in mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and other financial instruments in consultation with bankers and authorized financial advisors. o Manage the family office investments and taxation.

o Assist external consultants with corporate finance and strategic corporate restructuring

• *Key Skills \& Other Traits:**

o Good communicator, disciplined, honest, mature \& a good team player

o Good IT skills in Tally Prime, Zoho books (preferred), MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

o Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

o Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; Zoho Books preferred.

o Good understanding of payroll, MIS reporting, bank reconciliation, audits, and foreign remittances.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹840,000\.00 per year
