To manage and control the Finance \& Accounts function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash\-flow management, budgeting, costing, internal controls, and timely financial information to support business decisions.

Qualifications \& Experience

• MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with strong manufacturing finance experience. CA / CMA Inter is an added advantage
• 10\-15 years relevant experience in Finance \& Accounts, preferably in an engineering / manufacturing organisation
• Strong experience in costing, MIS, taxation, budgeting, audit, working capital, and financial reporting
• Experience in ERP\-based accounting systems is essential
