Manager for Core Banking Modernization -Cross Product Team

• *About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product management manager (M2\) who will be accountable for cross product delivery for Core Banking Modernization program. This would include accountability over cross product deliveries including co\-supplier engagement and testing (including end to end).

• *In this role, you will:**

• Manage and develop a team of product management contributors focussed on driving Core Banking modernization effort.
• Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function
• Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a less complex product or service
• Strategize growth opportunities
• Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives
• Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation
• Recommend product enhancements, support sales and marketing
• Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies, and performance measurements
• Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
• Interact directly with vendors
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

• *Required Qualifications:**

• 5\+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2\+ years of leadership experience

• *Desired Qualifications:**

• Experience in product management / Testing or large‑scale banking transformation.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise testing, business readiness, and regulated delivery environments.
• Strong experience operating in co‑supplier / vendor ecosystems with shared accountability for outcomes.
• Good communication skills with the ability to drive decisions across Product, Tech, Ops, Risk, and Change

• *Job Expectations:**

• Own end‑to‑end cross‑product delivery outcomes for Core Banking Modernization, including sequencing, dependencies, and integrated milestones.
• Lead co‑supplier engagement and joint delivery execution, escalating and resolving cross‑product risks.
• Be accountable for enterprise testing and quality, including E2E, and readiness gates across products.
• Manage and develop a team of product professionals while representing delivery health in Command Center and executive forums
