Manager-Fund Raiser

• *Position:** Head – Fund Raising
• *Location:** Pune (Head Office)
• *Reporting To:** Chairman

• *CTC:** Upto 20 LPA
• *Travel:** Pan\-India, as required

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and drive the overall fundraising strategy for the organization.
• Lead fundraising teams across CSR, Individual Giving, and Institutional Funding verticals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CSR leaders, HNIs, philanthropists, trusts, foundations, and donor networks.
• Secure funding through CSR grants, individual donations, crowdfunding, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop annual fundraising plans, budgets, targets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure effective proposal development, donor reporting, compliance, and impact communication.
• Represent the organization at donor meetings, conferences, and networking forums.

• *Desired Profile:**

\- 15\+ years of experience in Fund Raising, CSR Partnerships, Resource Mobilization, Business Development, or Donor Relations.

\- Proven track record of raising funds from corporates, foundations, and individual donors.

\- Strong networking, relationship\-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

\- Passion for social impact, education, and nation\-building.
