• *Role Purpose**
• ---------------

• The purpose of this role is to support the Vertical Lead in pre\-bid quantity estimation.
• They are responsible for the collation of data to ensure accurate quantity estimates and rates across the in\-scope Projects.
• They support the Vertical Lead in quantity calculations, query submission and analysing key areas of complexity by reading schedules, bid drawings and survey reports.
• They create the synopsis for the awarded projects by collating the estimations and keep a record of the cost of competitors in the bid.
• The role holder completes the assigned activities in the bid analysis and costing process.
• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Bid Creation and Submission** –

+ Ensure timely and accurate pre\-bid quantity estimates, rates and query submission under the guidance of the seniors.

+ Provide support in reading technical schedules, drawings and survey reports to extract data for BOQ calculations.

+ Maintain a record of all the bids that GRIL participates in along with maintaining the GRIL bid values vis\-avis the competitor bid values.

+ Submit the learning synopsis for all awarded projects to the senior management.

+ Analyse the bid documents for key complexity areas and their impact on the project value

• **Reporting** –

+ Prepare accurate and timely reports for the management teams.

+ Maintain all MIS and reporting systems with accurate reporting of data.

+ Ensure timely submission of the synopsis in pre\-bid and post\-bid stages and escalatein case of any process delays and deviation from SOPs.

• *Indicative Experience and Exposure**

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with1\-3 yearsexperience in Business Development

or

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year experience in pre\-bid quantity analysis
