• *Your work profile**

• Lead service delivery governance across Japan\-focused engagements and operational support programs.
• Manage service performance against SLAs, KPIs, delivery metrics, and client expectations.
• Drive governance reviews, operational reporting, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery teams, PMOs, and transition managers to ensure service excellence.
• Support incident management, operational stabilization, and risk mitigation activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvement, and service transformation.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication.

• *Key skills required**

• 7 to 10 years of experience in service management, managed services, or operational governance roles.
• Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, operational governance, and client engagement models.
• Experience working within consulting, IT services, or enterprise operations environments.
• Exposure to Japanese clients or Japan delivery ecosystems preferred.
• Japanese language proficiency is MUST HAVE
• Experience on bilingual communication skills preferred for select engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, governance dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively across distributed and cross\-functional delivery environments.
