Manager – Graphic Design & Video

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design \& Video Editing Manager to lead a creative team

comprising Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists, and Graphic Designers. The ideal candidate should

have strong team\-management skills along with hands\-on expertise in graphic design, video editing,

motion graphics, e\-commerce creatives, and AI\-based content creation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Manage and guide a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists, and Graphic Designers.

Schedule, allocate, track, and update tasks based on business priorities and deadlines.

Review creative output and ensure quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

Train and mentor team members on design and video\-editing software, workflows, and best practices.

Create and supervise AI\-generated brand films, videos, and images, particularly for D2C and e\-commerce

brands.

Develop and manage Amazon A\+ Content, A\+ Galleries, product listing creatives, and

website/e\-commerce graphics.

Handle campaign design, template creation/fixing, typography, layouts, and brand communication.

Work closely with marketing, e\-commerce, and other internal teams to translate campaign requirements

into effective visual content.

Stay updated with new creative technologies, AI tools, and industry trends

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

10–15 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or creative

production.

Proven experience managing and mentoring a creative team.

Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, branding, and campaign design.

Hands\-on experience creating content for D2C, e\-commerce, Amazon, and other online

marketplaces/websites.

Experience using AI tools for image generation, video creation, voiceovers, and brand films.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast\-paced environment.

A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must include a portfolio link showcasing relevant

graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, e\-commerce, and campaign work.
