Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and people\-oriented HR \& Administration Manager who can build and strengthen the organization’s culture while ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should not function merely as an executor of instructions, but as a proactive manager who can independently handle people, processes, employee engagement, and workplace discipline with maturity and ownership.
This role requires a strong balance of human\-centric leadership, process orientation, recruitment expertise, employee development, and office administration management. The candidate should be approachable, dependable, highly organized, and capable of creating a healthy, positive, and performance\-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities1\. People \& Culture Management
- Build, nurture, and strengthen a positive organizational culture aligned with company values and growth goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, conflicts, grievances, and support requirements.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives, team bonding activities, recognition programs, and culture\-building concepts from scratch.
- Ensure healthy employee relationships across departments and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Drive employee motivation and morale through regular interaction and involvement.
2\. HR Operations \& Policy Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and organizational procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all employee records, HR files, attendance, leave records, and compliance\-related documents.
- Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation processes, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure process discipline across the organization.
- Conduct and document KRA/KPI review meetings and support performance management processes.
3\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Understand departmental hiring requirements and identify suitable talent aligned with organizational culture.
- Build hiring pipelines and improve recruitment processes for faster and better hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.
4\. Training \& Development
- Identify skill gaps and training requirements within teams.
- Conduct or coordinate training and development sessions related to communication, workplace behavior, professionalism, productivity, and team development.
- Support managers in improving team efficiency and accountability.
- Encourage learning culture and professional development initiatives within the organization.
5\. Floor \& Team Management
- Manage the office floor proactively with a managerial approach and not merely as a task executor.
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, coordination, and smooth day\-to\-day functioning across teams.
- Observe workplace behavior and address issues before escalation.
- Take ownership of operational challenges and independently drive resolutions.
6\. Administration \& Workplace Management
- Oversee basic office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure office premises are clean, organized, hygienic, and conducive to a healthy work environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, facility support staff, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure workplace safety, employee comfort, and proper office upkeep at all times.
- Manage office supplies, administrative requirements, and general facility coordination.

- 5\+ years of experience in HR \& Administration roles.
- Prior experience in handling people and culture within growing organizations.
- Experience in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations independently.
- Exposure to media, manufacturing, agency, or fast\-paced work environments will be an added advantage.
