We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end\-to\-end human resource functions, including recruitment, team management, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll support, and strategic HR initiatives. The role will work closely with the company stakeholder to build a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
\- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring activities across departments.
\- Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet organizational workforce goals.
\- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
\- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.
\- Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
\- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and performance management processes.
\- Oversee day\-to\-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
\- Partner with the Managing Director on organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy.
Requirements
\- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
\- 4\-7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Management roles.
\- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll processes, and HR operations.
\- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
