Manager - Internal Audit

• *Audit Planning \& Execution:** Design risk\-based audit plans, set timelines, and direct end\-to\-end audit engagements

• *Team Leadership:** Supervise, mentor, and review the work of senior and junior auditors

• *Financial \& Control Review:** Evaluate internal controls, balance sheets, profit\-and\-loss statements, and compliance frameworks to spot errors or irregularities.

• *Reporting \& Stakeholder Communication:** Draft detailed audit reports and present findings, risks, and corrective recommendations to executive leadership, boards, or clients.

• *Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure alignment with accounting standards (such as **IFRS**, **GAAP**, or local statutory rules) and coordinate with external regulators or auditors.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• **Certifications:** Professional credentials like **I**NTER CA,CA (Certified Internal Auditor) are frequently required.
• **Experience:** Typically 4 to 6\+ years of auditing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• **Technical Skills:** Strong command of financial accounting standards, data analytics tools, risk matrices, and Microsoft Excel.
• **Soft Skills:** Critical thinking, negotiation, project management, and clear written/verbal communication

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
