Job Description
Manager – Internal Control \& Projects
- *Location:** Mumbai \| **Work mode:** On\-site
- *Experience:** 3–6 years \| **Salary:** ₹15–20 LPA
- *Openings:** 1 \| **Employment:** Full\-time
We are hiring a CA with mutual fund experience in risk or compliance for an asset management, investment, or wealth management organisation.
- *Key responsibilities:**
- Lead a team handling investment and dealing\-room controls.
- Monitor trade surveillance, access controls, policies, and documentation.
- Conduct reviews and trend analysis; support regulatory compliance.
- Improve and automate control processes.
- *Required skills:** Mutual fund domain knowledge, risk management, compliance, team leadership, and strong Excel skills. Experience with internal controls or trade surveillance is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
