Job Description
- *Industry:** Disposable Medical Devices

- *Location**: work from home and 5 days a month at the factory, Jabalpur, MP
- *Position Summary**
The International Sales \& Marketing Executive/Manager is responsible for expanding the company's global presence by identifying new business opportunities, developing overseas markets, managing international customers and distributors, participating in international tenders, and achieving export sales targets for disposable medical devices.
- *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**
- *1\. International Business Development**
- Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
- Generate export sales leads through B2B portals, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
- Appoint and manage overseas distributors, dealers, and agents.
- Conduct market research to identify demand and competitors.
- *2\. Export Sales**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Prepare and submit quotations, Proforma Invoices, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
- *3\. Tender \& Government Business**
- Monitor international tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation for tenders.
- Coordinate with regulatory and production teams for tender compliance.
- Handle bid clarifications and post\-award documentation.
- *4\. Marketing**
- Promote company products through digital platforms and social media.
- Manage company profiles on Alibaba, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Global Sources, Made\-in\-China, etc.
- Coordinate participation in international trade fairs and medical exhibitions.
- Develop product presentations, catalogues, brochures, and promotional materials.
- *5\. Customer Relationship Management**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and RFQs.
- Conduct online meetings and product presentations with overseas clients.
- Follow up on quotations until order closure.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions.
- *6\. Export Documentation**
* Prepare export documentation including
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Bill of Lading/AWB
- Shipping Instructions
- LC Documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
- *7\. Regulatory \& Product Compliance**
- Understand international regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate documentation related to:
- ISO 13485
- CE MDR
- FDA (where applicable)
- Free Sale Certificate
- Product Registration
- Support customers during product registration.
- *8\. Market Intelligence**
- Monitor competitor products and pricing.
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements.
- Recommend new product opportunities and pricing strategies.
- *9\. Internal Coordination**
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QA/RA, Purchase, Finance, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely production and shipment of export orders.
- Track order status until successful delivery.
- *10\. Reporting**
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare export forecasts and business development reports.
- Monitor KPIs and customer performance.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- MBA (International Business/Marketing) preferred.
- 2\-5 years of experience in international sales of medical devices or healthcare products.

- Experience with government procurement and institutional sales.

- Export sales revenue achieved.
- Number of new international customers acquired.
- Number of new countries developed.
- Distributor appointments completed.
- Tender participation and success rate.
- Customer retention rate.
- RFQ to order conversion ratio.
- On\-time shipment performance.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Collection of export payments within agreed terms.
