A senior IT leadership role responsible for managing end\-to\-end IT infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and digital workplace systems across multiple locations. The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient IT services while supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.
The position also plays a key role in driving adoption of Generative AI and automation tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enable smarter decision\-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, Wi\-Fi, endpoints, and storage systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems across all locations
- Handle Active Directory, user access management, identity controls, and IT administration
- Oversee cybersecurity controls including endpoint protection, antivirus, DLP, MFA, and email security
- Manage backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and data protection compliance
- Administer Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
- Manage cloud environment (Azure or equivalent), including security, cost optimization, and scalability
- Provide IT support and service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Lead IT setup for new offices, expansions, and infrastructure projects
- Manage ERP and enterprise applications (e.g., Tally and other business systems)
- Handle IT asset lifecycle, procurement, vendor management, and licensing
- Ensure IT governance, policy compliance, and audit readiness
- Drive AI and automation initiatives using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and workflow automation platforms
- Conduct user training and awareness sessions on AI tools and digital platforms
- Monitor system performance, service quality, and user satisfaction

Summary
This role is responsible for managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and IT service delivery while also driving AI\-based automation and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
