Conducting training for existing staff and Induction training

Creating and maintenance of Annual Training Calenders

Develp new methods of training

Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods of training

Continuously improve the process of learning and training

Reporting to DGM HR

• *Qualification**

MBA with HR specialization / Psychology / Learning Sciences / Association for Talent Development Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)

• *Experience**

10 \- 15 Years in Textiles Manufacturing units

• *Work Location**

Perundurai, Erode

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹160,000\.00 per month
