Job Summary
We are looking for a detail\-oriented HR Data Analyst to support the HR team in managing, analyzing, and reporting employee data. The role will involve maintaining HR databases, preparing regular reports, creating dashboards, and providing insights to support HR operations and decision\-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain HR data from various systems and sources.
Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports related to headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance, and employee demographics.
Assist in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and metrics.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data.
Support HR stakeholders with data requests and reporting requirements.
Analyze trends and provide basic insights to support HR initiatives.
Assist in maintaining HRIS records and employee databases.
Collaborate with Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, and other teams to gather and validate data.
Support audits, compliance activities, and data reconciliation exercises.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
