• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Manager – OneStream to lead enterprise performance management implementation projects and finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands\-on OneStream implementation experience, strong financial consolidation and FP\&A knowledge, and proven project delivery and team leadership capabilities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end\-to\-end OneStream implementation projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and post\-go\-live support.
• Understand client requirements for financial consolidation, financial close, and financial planning and analysis.
• Design and oversee OneStream solutions, including metadata, business rules, workflows, forms, Cube Views, reports, and integrations.
• Drive automation of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, cash flow, currency translation, and planning processes.
• Manage project estimation, planning, governance, risk mitigation, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate with global and cross\-functional teams and facilitate client workshops.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution proposals and business development initiatives.

• *Required Qualifications and Skills**

• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience; 10–12 years of EPM implementation experience preferred.
• Approximately 4–5 years of hands\-on OneStream implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in OneStream configuration and development, including metadata, business rules, workflows, forms, Cube Views, data integration, and reporting.
• Understanding of financial consolidation, financial close, and FP\&A.
• Experience with VB.NET and/or Python and relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Experience managing implementation workstreams and leading technical teams.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in solution architecture, testing, deployment, and post\-implementation support.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, financial planning, and workforce planning.
• Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions, including People Planning and Capex Planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Important Selection Criterion**

Hands\-on OneStream implementation experience is essential. Candidates with experience limited to finance operations or using OneStream for reporting, without implementation expertise, may not meet the requirements.
