Experience: **Min 8\-15years in hospital/healthcare operations; IVF/fertility centre experience preferred.**

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Operations Manager to manage the day\-to\-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth, efficient, and patient\-focused services.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\- Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.

\- Ensure proper **implementation of hospital SOPs and policies.**

\- Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational costs.

\- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses.

\- Monitor department\-wise performance and prepare regular reports.

\- Handle **patient complaints and operational issues effectively.**

\- Conduct regular department reviews and follow up on pending issues.

\- Ensure **proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and hospital infrastructure.**

\- Coordinate with management for implementing operational and business strategies.

\- Ensure compliance with hospital quality and safety standards.

Salary:35k\-50k
