- *Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Manager** **– Finance Operations** to oversee a diverse team comprising **resources** supporting the **ANZ** **region** . This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across finance processes, while fostering team growth and leveraging tools and technology for efficiency gains.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Team Leadership \& Oversight**
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals across OTC function including Collections management.
- Ensure smooth Transition of OTC processes from on shore / Third Party vendor to GCC insourcing
- Provide day ‑ to ‑ day oversight, guidance, and performance management to ensure delivery of high ‑ quality outputs.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues across invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense audits.
- *Collaboration \& Stakeholder Management**
- Partner with cross ‑ functional teams (Procurement, HR, Operations, Audit) to ensure seamless finance operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- *Process Improvement \& Optimization**
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization across OTC process .
- Drive efficiency gains through technology enablement (ERP, Concur, workflow tools, reporting dashboards).
- Implement best practices to strengthen compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
- *Team Development \& Growth**
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and career progression.
- Foster a collaborative, high ‑ performance culture with emphasis on accountability and continuous learning.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- *Operational Excellence**
- Ensure timely completion of billing, collections , cash applications, master data management, dispute management, account reconciliations , AR Analytics etc .
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, prepare executive ‑ level reporting, and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Support audits (internal, external, SOX) and ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance standards.
- *Qualifications \& Experience**
* **Education**
- Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or master’s degree (MBA/Finance or equivalent) preferred.
- **Experience** :
- Minimum **10** **–1** **5** **years** of experience in finance operations, with at least **5** **\+ years in a leadership role** .
- Strong exposure to OTC (Order to Cash) process
- Str o ng exposure to Transition s from onshore / Third Party to GCC
- Experience managing teams across multiple geographies/time zones.
- **Skills \& Competencies** :
- Proven leadership and team ‑ building skills
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem ‑ solving abilities.
- Expertise in ERP systems, Concur, and workflow/web applications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to drive process improvement, efficiency gains, and technology enablement.
- *Work Schedule**
- Shift timings aligned to **ANZ** **time zone** .
