Manager - Operations

This role is responsible for establishing and executing a Quality Assurance (QA) program to ensure ESG financial reporting processes, data, calculations, and supporting evidence are complete, accurate, consistent, and audit/assurance\-ready. The position designs and documents QA procedures, performs independent reviews, and partners with process owners to remediate findings and strengthen the control environment.

Key activities include performing QA reviews of inputs, methodologies, and outputs (including metrics recalculation and reperformance, with a strong focus on leveraging AI\-enabled tools such as Alteryx), validating execution and evidence of key controls, and documenting results to support governance and continuous improvement. The role will assist with defining QA standards, sampling approaches, issue severity criteria, and reporting routines to provide transparency on quality and control performance.

The position collaborates closely with Global Sustainability, Finance, Technology, Internal Audit, and external assurance providers to coordinate QA testing, respond to inquiries, and assist with remediation of QA findings. The role will also help embed QA requirements into enabling platforms (e.g., Watershed and Workiva) through clear evidence standards, control documentation, and repeatable review workflows.
