Hiring: Manager – Operations \& MIS

ABI is looking for an experienced and analytical professional for the role of Manager – Operations \& MIS to support operational excellence through effective MIS reporting, production analysis, manpower tracking, and cross\-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
✔ Track production plans vs actual performance and highlight variances
✔ Monitor manpower utilization, attendance, shift allocation, and productivity
✔ Analyze operational data and support management decision\-making
✔ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and HR teams
✔ Drive reporting accuracy, process improvements, and automation initiatives
✔ Lead and guide junior MIS executives
Requirements
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Minimum 5\+ years of relevant experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
✅ Good communication and team management skills
✅ Experience in manufacturing / operations environment preferred
Preferred Profile
Advanced Excel \& reporting expertise
Exposure to production planning and supply chain operations
Engineering \+ Management background Preferred
Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
