Design innovative solutions to address various business challenges across teams by leveraging data analysis, optimization tools, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Champion the development and adoption of integrated data solutions that connect operational data with broader enterprise datasets. This includes enabling scalable data integration, supporting advanced analytics, and delivering SQL\-based solutions that empower analysts to effectively combine and utilize data across the organization.
Lead the analysis of large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that can refine our AO/NOC strategies and tactics.
Provide analytical and program management support to all stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on our long\-term strategic plans aimed at enhancing operational readiness and performance management.
Establish and maintain robust data governance and documentation standards to ensure operational datasets, analytical models, and reporting tools are accurate, traceable, and sustainable. This includes maintaining clear data definitions, documenting data sources and logic, supporting data quality validation, and promoting the consistent use of enterprise data assets.
Translate business requirements into actionable insights that highlight the drivers of operational performance through root cause analysis, business knowledge, modeling, and statistical techniques. Focus on optimizing key areas such as reliability, planning, and execution.
Communicate updates and actionable outcomes through easy\-to\-interpret visualizations and practical recommendations, ensuring clarity for both technical and non\-technical audiences.

*Required Qualifications:**
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or quantitative fields such as Mathematics or Statistics.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics, showcasing a depth of knowledge and skills in the field.
At least 2 year of experience in leading analytics projects, demonstrating leadership capabilities and project management skills.
A proven ability to prioritize diverse responsibilities and adapt to evolving business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Experience in understanding business team functions and designing effective data/technology solutions that connect business processes with measurable outcomes.
Skills in automating existing manual reports and processes to enhance operational efficiency and throughput.
Familiarity with creating complex queries and procedures using a variety of technologies and languages (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, Spark, LLM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, and Power BI.
A strong presence with the capability to simultaneously lead multiple projects while maintaining a results\-oriented focus.
In\-depth knowledge of modern scripting languages, particularly Python and R.
Expertise in reporting tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.

A Master's degree in fields such as Business Administration (MBA), Mathematics, Analytics, or quantitative disciplines like Econometrics or Statistics is required.
Strong capability to design and monitor meaningful operational metrics is preferred.
