Manager Operations

• Candidate must have MBA/MHA degree
• Must have 3\+ years of experience
• Supervise daily operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, OT scheduling, and patient services
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and front office to ensure seamless patient experience
• Monitor appointment scheduling, billing processes, and waiting times
• Oversee inventory and procurement of medical and non\-medical supplies
• Implement and monitor hospital SOPs and ensure compliance with NABH or other regulatory standards
• Address and resolve patient feedback or service issues promptly
• Prepare operational reports, analyze trends, and suggest improvements
• Supervise housekeeping teams to ensure smooth functioning of hospital services
• Counselling of patients
• Handling TPA Department and other Govt. Panels.
• Supervise Floor Management
• Should have knowledge of NABH Guidelines
