Job Description

Lead the end\-to\-end design, implementation, and configuration of Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) modules, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
Manage and mentor a team of EPM consultants and administrators, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Collaborate with corporate controllers and accounting teams to streamline the monthly financial close process and translate accounting policies into automated reconciliation workflows.
Configure and optimize complex reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and match processes to increase automation rates across high\-volume accounts.
Architect and manage seamless data integration pipelines from various ERP source systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, NetSuite) into ARCS using Data Management or Data Integration.
Establish and enforce system security, user provisioning, approval workflows, team assignments, and segregation of duties within the platform.
Monitor monthly reconciliation compliance metrics, providing dashboards and audit\-ready reports to senior financial leadership.
Manage system administration tasks, including the validation of monthly Oracle updates, patch testing, metadata maintenance, and enhancement requests.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), author testing scripts, and conduct training sessions for end\-users and accounting business owners.
