• *Role Overview** We are seeking a Manager \- Presales \& Solution Architect to lead technical solutioning and presales engagements for enterprise\-grade IT solutions across on\-prem data centres, multi\-cloud environments, and cybersecurity. The role combines technical expertise with strong customer\-facing and commercial presales capabilities. This position works closely with Sales, Delivery, OEMs, and Customer IT leadership to design scalable, secure, and cost\-effective solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Presales \& Customer Engagement

❖ Lead technical discovery, solution workshops, and architecture discussions with enterprise customers

❖ Translate business requirements into end\-to\-end IT and security architectures ❖ Support sales teams during deal qualification, technical positioning, and solution presentations

❖ Present solutions to CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT stakeholders

• *Solution Architecture**

❖ Architect solutions covering compute, storage, virtualization, networking, backup, and DR

❖ Design hybrid and multi\-cloud architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP) integrated with on\-prem DC

❖ Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization requirements

• *Cybersecurity Solutioning**

❖ Design security solutions across network, endpoint, identity, cloud, and SOC/SIEM domains

❖ Align security architectures with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, etc.)

❖ Work with OEMs to position best\-fit technologies based on customer risk and maturity

• *RFP / Proposal Support**

❖ Own technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tenders

❖ Create architecture diagrams, BOMs, sizing, and technical assumptions

❖ Collaborate with delivery and finance teams to ensure solution feasibility

• *Partner \& Internal Enablement**

❖ Engage with OEMs and hyperscalers for joint solutioning and certifications

❖ Contribute to reusable solution frameworks and reference architectures

• *Required Skills \& Experience Experience**

❖ 5 \- 7 years in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity

❖ 3\+ years in presales/solution architecture within an SI, MSP, or OEM ecosystem

• *Technical Skills**

❖ Data Center: Virtualization, HCI, Storage, Backup \& DR

❖ Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one in\-depth)

❖ Networking: LAN, WAN, SD\-WAN

❖ Cybersecurity: Network, endpoint, identity, SOC/SIEM concepts

• *Presales Skills**

❖ Strong customer\-facing communication and presentation skills

❖ Experience handling enterprise RFPs and competitive bids

❖ Ability to articulate technical solutions in business language

• *Preferred Qualifications**

❖ Cloud Architect certifications

❖ Security certifications

❖ Experience with BFSI, PSU, Government, or large enterprise customers

❖ Exposure to managed services and recurring revenue models
