- Proficiency in **CAN, LIN, PWM protocols**
- Good understanding of **vehicle subsystems \& interface architecture**
- Working knowledge of **homologation requirements (Generators)**
- *Tools \& Diagnostics**
- Strong capability in **INCA \& GARUDA** (parameterization, data analysis, fault diagnosis)
- Proficient in **MS Office, EPLAN, and engineering tools**
- *Execution \& Leadership**
- Lead **CFT collaboration and system integration** ensuring QCT delivery
- Define \& release **technical specifications to suppliers**
- Drive **component \& vehicle\-level validation** for zero\-defect delivery
- Exposure to **Telecom E\&E systems** (preferred)
- *Quality, Cost \& Improvement**
- Deliver **cost targets via IMCR/VAVE** without compromising quality
- Strong in **field failure analysis, RCA, CAPA, and resolution implementation**
- Good understanding of **BOM management**
- *Engineering \& Quality Practices**
- Skilled in **DFMEA, 7 QC tools, design reviews, project management**
- Working knowledge of **DFA, DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD\&T**
