This team integrates human thinking with machine efficiency to deliver process excellence across GTC. The team works to understand processes, automate repeatable, rule based manual intensive tasks, create analytics in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by various tool integrations and processes reengineering.
Be part of Digital transformation and controls team for Automation / Analytics project delivery, liaising with process teams, technology and automation COE that also includes design, development, troubleshooting, support and debugging of automations.
Be part of GTC Digital Transformation team and play a pivotal role in driving automation, analytics, and innovation across Treasury operations. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver data\-driven insights through the adoption of automation technologies, analytics solutions, and emerging digital capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Finance processes, combined with hands\-on expertise in automation tools and application development. The role requires experience working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), partnering with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that solve complex business challenges.
Success in this role demands strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities, concise and effective communication skills, and the ability to independently manage priorities while collaborating across multiple functions. The individual will serve as a key enabler of Treasury's digital transformation journey by driving process innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and accelerating the adoption of advanced technologies, including Generative AI.
