As Manager Programs based in Visakhapatnam, you will work with the AP Geography team of Azim Premji Foundation to support organizations serving small farmers, adivasis, persons with disabilities, adolescent girls, urban poor, and children. Your responsibilities include grant making—appraising proposals, conducting field due diligence, and developing customized funding plans—and grant management through reviewing program and financial documents and tracking progress against milestones. You will also scope the geography to understand contextual needs and identify potential partner organizations. This role requires 10-15 years in philanthropy, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio aimed at socio-economic development in Andhra Pradesh.
