About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result\-oriented, and experienced Real Estate Sales professional to lead sales operations for an exclusive Sole Selling Real Estate Project. This role requires an individual with strong market acumen, an active broker/channel partner network, and the ability to drive end\-to\-end sales closures independently.

Key Responsibilities

• **Sales Strategy \& Target Execution:** Formulate and execute target\-driven sales strategies to achieve monthly and project\-wide revenue targets.
• **Channel Partner \& Broker Network:** Build, manage, and expand relationships with property brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and high\-net\-worth investors.
• **Direct Client Engagement \& Site Visits:** Identify prospective buyers, schedule and conduct high\-converting on\-site property presentations, and manage client queries.
• **Deal Closures \& Commercial Negotiations:** Lead end\-to\-end commercial discussions, structured pricing negotiations, and closure formalities.
• **Pipeline \& CRM Management:** Maintain an organized sales pipeline, monitor lead stage progression, and ensure structured follow\-ups.
• **Cross\-Functional Operations:** Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns; liaise with legal/operations for documentation, booking confirmations, payment milestones, and client handovers.
• **Market Intelligence:** Track competitor project launches, micro\-market pricing trends, and customer buying preferences across Ahmedabad.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of direct sales experience in residential or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of deal closures with active network ties to Ahmedabad's broker community.
• Strong verbal presentation, client handling, and negotiation skills.
• Hands\-on familiarity with site visit conversions, documentation, and payment collection tracking.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
