• *Your work**

• Collect and document functional and non\-functional requirements for Commercial and Investment Banking \- Risk Templates.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations, and risk teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops and manage JIRA\-based tracking for epics, stories, and tasks.
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.

• *Key skills required:**

• Minimum relevant experience of 6 Years in credit domain.
• Qualified MBA/CFA/CA/ M.Com with finance background.
• Strong understanding of Commercial and Investment Banking domain.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision\-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
