Position Summary

The Manager – Retail Sales \& Operations shall be responsible for driving the complete **operational, commercial, customer experience, training, productivity and profitability** performance of all Ramalaya Centres. The role shall function as the central command centre for retail operations and shall be accountable for maximizing sales, improving conversion ratios, increasing average bill value, strengthening customer experience, developing sales teams, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous innovation across the retail network.

Key Objective of the Role

To ensure that every Ramalaya Centre functions as a high\-performing retail experience destination delivering strong sales growth, exceptional customer experience, consistent brand presentation, high conversion ratio, higher average bill value, repeat customer generation, strong storytelling capability, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, team productivity and store profitability.

Educational Qualification

MBA (Marketing/Retail/Operations) preferred or graduate with strong retail experience.

Experience Required

  • *5–10 years** experience in retail operations. Preference for airport retail, luxury retail, lifestyle retail, wellness retail, fragrance retail and travel retail.

Critical Competencies

Retail Leadership, Sales Management, Store Operations, Customer Experience, Visual Merchandising, Team Management, Storytelling Development, Training \& Coaching, Business Analytics, Inventory Control, Commercial Acumen, Problem Solving and Innovation Orientation.

Success Definition of the Role

Every centre achieves profitability targets, sales grow consistently, conversion ratios improve, average bill value increases, customer experience scores improve, storytelling standards become world\-class and audit scores remain above 90%.

Management Note

The Manager – Retail Sales \& Operations is the operational custodian of the Ramalaya brand. Every store experience, customer interaction, sales outcome, team productivity level and operational standard ultimately reflects the effectiveness of this position.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
