And hey, when you’re ready for a break, our villa discounts make it easy to enjoy the luxury you help create. **Your Role**As a **Manager at StayVista**, you will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end property listing lifecycle across OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and other distribution channels. This includes ensuring accurate and optimized listings, maintaining content quality, synchronizing property information across platforms, leading the listing operations team, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to maximize property visibility, bookings, and revenue.

  • *About You*** 6 \-7 years of experience in OTA distribution, hospitality, vacation rentals, or hotel operations.
  • 40\-50% of project management, operational task completions
  • Hands\-on experience managing OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and other distribution channels.
  • Strong knowledge of OTA extranet management, Channel Manager, PMS, revenue distribution, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel with strong analytical, reporting, and content management skills.
  • Manage end\-to\-end property listings, ensuring accurate, optimized, and compliant listings across all OTA channels.
  • Maintain property content, images, amenities, pricing, availability, and inventory synchronization.
  • Optimize listings to improve search visibility, conversion, and booking performance.
  • Coordinate new property onboarding and ensure timely listing activation.
  • Lead and mentor the Listing Operations team while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure seamless listing operations.
  • Monitor listing performance, resolve channel issues, and provide data\-driven insights to improve revenue and guest bookings.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

OTA distribution, hospitality, vacation rental, or hotel operations experience will be an added advantage.

  • *Key Metrics: What you will drive and achieve*** Listing Accuracy \& Quality – Live Listing Accuracy, Listing Completeness Score, Attribute Accuracy, and Photo Quality.
  • Listing Operations – New Listing Go\-Live TAT, Property Activation Rate, and Content Update SLA Compliance.
  • OTA Performance – OTA Visibility/Search Ranking Improvement and Conversion Rate (Views to Bookings).
  • Inventory \& Distribution – Rate \& Inventory Sync Success Rate, Listing Error Resolution TAT, and Overbooking/Error Rate.
  • Business Impact – Revenue Contribution from Listing Optimizations and OTA Promotion Participation Rate.
