· Experience in Business Planning / Business Development

· Sales Budget planning and proven ability in achieving the set targets/exceeding the targets.
· Demonstrated experience in closing large \& long\-term deals
· Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to handle top level management interactions in customer organisations
· Ability to take initiative, drive \& persistence to achieve results
· Understanding of the Metal Stamping market would be a big advantage
· Electrical \& Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace and Precision Components /assembly manufacturing companies in Domestic and Exports Market
· Handling the Sales \& Business Development role effectively \& efficiently.
· Identifying product / service opportunities in the Metal stamping applications through detailed analysis of the market
· Selecting the profitable product lines through detailed analysis of the market and competitors offerings
· Identifying and screening potential partners, establishing contact and exploring business opportunities.
· Working closely with Engineering, Production \& Technical teams to develop a strong business relationship and driving the alignment of various stakeholders to facilitate 100% Customer Satisfaction
· Receivables Management
· Account Management and Customer Engagement throughout lifecycle of the engagement. Building and maintaining deep relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Intelligence gathering on customers, market, competitive landscape, industry and technology trends to contribute to business strategy.
