The Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving regional sales growth and overseeing service delivery for BNB’s Fire, Safety, Security, BMS, for entire Karnataka region. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bangalore, with complete ownership of business development, key account management, and client‑facing service coordination. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, project execution, and operations teams to ensure that commercial commitments are delivered effectively on the ground.
· Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
· Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Fire, Security and BMS.
· Getting AMC business requires a combination of strong service support, customer relationships, and regular follow\-up.
· Own the end\-to\-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, techno\-commercial engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline through consultants, developers, channel partners, and direct clients.
· Drive strategic account management and serve as the primary point of contact for key customers
· Translate customer requirements into solution\-driven proposals aligned with project and operational needs.
· Foster long\-term client relationships to drive repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
· Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
· Oversee post\-sales delivery including installation, commissioning, and ongoing service support.
· Monitor service quality, turnaround times, and SLA adherence; proactively manage escalations.
· Track and report on sales performance, order bookings, service metrics, and overall account health.
· Drive continuous improvement in sales approach, pricing strategy, solution positioning.
1\. Min degree/Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
2\. Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in solution sales in Fire, Security and BMS.
