• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand dealer and distributor networks, and achieve sales targets across Gujarat, Rajasthan and potentially Madhya Pradesh. The candidate should have strong experience in tyre/battery sales, distribution management and channel development.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market\-share targets.
• Appoint, develop and manage dealers, distributors and retail partners.
• Drive territory expansion, new business development and market penetration.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure product availability across the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors and institutional customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends and business opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning and channel performance.
• Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team to ensure business objectives.
• Conduct regular dealer reviews and implement corrective action plans.
• Share market feedback and coordinate with internal teams for effective execution.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Minimum 10\+ years of sales experience in the **Tyre, Battery or Automotive industry**.
• Strong experience in dealer management, distribution and channel sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Good understanding of Gujarat and Rajasthan markets; Madhya Pradesh exposure will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and relationship\-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

• *Preferred Candidate:** Candidates with established dealer/distributor networks and strong regional market knowledge will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
