• *Your work profile**

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) implementations, transformation programs, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.
• Drive manufacturing transformation initiatives through process optimization, automation, standardization, and SAP best\-practice adoption.
• Conduct Fit\-Gap assessments, business process workshops, solution design sessions, and manufacturing strategy discussions with business stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and support end\-to\-end Production Planning processes including Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, Production Execution, and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Lead master data design and governance activities covering Material Masters, Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Planning Data.
• Support production scheduling, resource planning, manufacturing execution, and shop floor optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align manufacturing processes with organizational goals and operational excellence objectives.
• Drive integration between SAP PP and SAP MM, QM, EWM, SD, PM, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead data migration, testing, defect management, deployment, cutover planning, go\-live, and Hypercare support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflow developments.
• Provide project governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, status reporting, and executive communications throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor consultants and project teams while supporting capability building, solution innovation, and practice development initiatives.

• *Key Requirements**

• 10\+ years of SAP PP consulting experience with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions.
• Proven experience delivering at least 2 end\-to\-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Production Execution, and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Hands\-on experience configuring and supporting production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, and manufacturing execution processes.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing master data including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Material Masters.
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing business processes.
• Experience in manufacturing transformation, process optimization, production efficiency improvement, and operational excellence programs.
• Extensive experience integrating SAP PP with SAP MM, QM, EWM, SD, PM, MES, and related SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities.
• Strong understanding of testing strategies, deployment planning, cutover management, and Hypercare support activities.
• Ability to lead workshops, business discussions, solution reviews, and executive stakeholder engagements.
• Strong consulting, client\-facing, analytical, communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience working in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Products, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, or Process Industries environments is highly desirable.

• *Education**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• SAP PP or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing certification is preferred.
• Additional certifications in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4\.0 technologies will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large\-scale SAP transformation programs is desirable.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing rollouts, enterprise transformation programs, and multinational organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting experience at Manager level will be an added advantage.
