• *Your work profile**

As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.

• *Job Title: Senior SAP PMO – SAP S/4HANA**

• Lead end\-to\-end SAP implementation and transformation projects from initiation through go\-live and stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance structure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and agreed KPIs.
• Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, steering committees, and review forums.
• Ensure effective execution of SAP project methodology, including SAP Activate or equivalent delivery frameworks.

• *SAP S/4HANA Transformation**

• Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, rollout, upgrade, and integration programs.
• Drive business process transformation and adoption of SAP best practices.
• Coordinate functional and technical workstreams across SAP modules.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution architecture, SAP standard processes, and project objectives.
• Support fit\-to\-standard / fit\-gap workshops and ensure timely closure of design decisions.

• *Stakeholder Management**

• Act as the primary project interface between the client, business stakeholders, SAP teams, and implementation partners.
• Manage relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, workshops, and governance forums.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to senior management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

• *Delivery \& Governance**

• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Establish appropriate project controls and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
• Monitor project financials, utilization, resource allocation, and commercial performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality deliverables.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
• Ensure effective project documentation and audit readiness.

• *Team \& Resource Management**

• Lead cross\-functional SAP teams consisting of functional consultants, technical consultants, architects, developers, integration specialists, and business SMEs.
• Plan resource requirements and optimize team utilization.
• Mentor consultants and provide guidance on delivery and client management.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and external implementation partners.
• Foster a collaborative and high\-performance project environment.

• *Qualification**

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
