• *Your work profile**

We are looking for an experienced **SAP Project Systems (PS) Manager** with 9–11 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP PS implementation, configuration, integration, and support. The candidate will be responsible for leading SAP PS solutions, managing stakeholders, driving project delivery, and ensuring successful integration with other SAP modules.

• *Required Skills**

• Lead **SAP PS implementation, rollout, transformation, enhancement, and support** projects.
• Own the end\-to\-end SAP PS solution and provide functional leadership to the team.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PS solutions.
• Configure and support **Project Definition, WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Project Planning**.
• Work on **Project Cost Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control, Commitments, Actual Costs, and Settlement**.
• Configure **Results Analysis, Project Stock, Material Requirements Planning, and Project Procurement** where applicable.
• Manage project execution processes including **procurement, goods movements, confirmations, billing, and settlement**.
• Configure and support **Project System integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and HR**.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project management and financial requirements.
• Lead **SIT, UAT, cutover, go\-live, hypercare, and production support** activities.
• Drive defect analysis, root\-cause analysis, and resolution of critical production issues.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
• Review solution designs, configuration, test scenarios, and functional documentation.
• Manage offshore/onshore teams and provide technical/functional guidance to consultants.
• Conduct workshops, requirement\-gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and knowledge\-transfer sessions.
• Support project estimation, planning, risk identification, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodology, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Act as a key liaison between business users, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership.

• *Key Skills required**

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering**, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field**.
• **9–11 years** of SAP experience with strong hands\-on experience in **SAP PS**.
• Strong understanding of end\-to\-end **Project Systems business processes**.

• Experience with **S/4HANA Project System** is preferred.
• Good understanding of SAP PS integration with **SAP Fiori/S/4HANA** is an advantage.
• Experience leading SAP PS functional teams and coordinating with cross\-functional teams.
• Strong client\-facing and stakeholder\-management skills.
• Ability to conduct workshops and communicate complex SAP processes to business users.
• Experience managing project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Experience in **end\-to\-end SAP PS implementation or global rollout projects**.
• Strong experience in **SAP S/4HANA transformation projects**.
• Exposure to **SAP Activate methodology**.
• Experience with **SAP Fiori and S/4HANA innovations**.
• Knowledge of **SAP CO\-PS integration and project accounting**.
• Experience in **construction, engineering, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or professional\-services industries** is an advantage.
• SAP PS certification is an added advantage.
