• *Manager /Senior Manager \- Business Development** Bangalore MBA / CA or equivalent qualification 40 Years

• *Experience : 6\-10 years (No of positions – 1\):** **Skills Preferred :**

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Client Service / Strategy / Product Management or similar roles
• Excellent communication \& stakeholder management skills
• Ability to absorb new concepts through self\-driven research and by leveraging market connects
• Sound appreciation of the capital market ecosystem in general and post\-trade settlement activities in particular
• Ability to work in a fast\-changing dynamic environment
• MBA / CA or equivalent qualification

• *Job Description:**

• Recognize and reach out to clients to pitch products and services
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Attend face\-to\-face meetings with clients
• Make proposals, presentations, and be able to present to clients
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Follow up with leads aggressively and achieve set targets
• Build long\-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Co\-ordinate and liaise with various departments
• Follow\-up meetings/reminders with various departments and clients
• Conduct Training and Awareness Programmes for various officials and Investors
• Participate actively in Events/Seminars/Training programs hosted by the company
• Candidate should be willing to travel
