• *Key Responsibilities**

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits, understanding customer requirements, and implementing effective pricing strategies.

• Identify and develop business opportunities with EPC contractors, structural, civil and electrical consultants, project contractors, and end customers, ensuring vendor registration and inclusion in approved vendor lists.

• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.

• Monitor sales performance and business development activities to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.

• *Required Qualifications and Experience**

• **Experience:** 15\+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel fabrication, infrastructure, construction, or engineering industry.

• **Qualification:** B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.
