### **Purpose of the Role**
The Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, implementation, and go\-live of the Jewellery Operating System (JOS) across jewellery retail businesses. The role acts as a bridge between the client, implementation teams, product teams, and support teams to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.**Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

- Own the end\-to\-end implementation lifecycle from project kickoff to go\-live.
- Define implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and scope.

### **7\. Client Communication \& Stakeholder Management**
- Serve as the primary implementation contact for clients.
- Conduct project reviews and status meetings.
- Provide regular implementation updates to clients and management.
### **8\. User Training \& Adoption**
- Plan and oversee user training programs.
- Ensure operational teams understand system workflows.
- Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.
### **9\. Go\-Live \& Hypercare Support**
- Lead go\-live planning and execution.
- Ensure all pre\-go\-live checklists are completed.
- Monitor stabilization activities during the hypercare period.
- Coordinate issue resolution with support and product teams.
### **10\. Risk \& Escalation Management**
- Identify implementation risks and project bottlenecks.
- Escalate critical issues proactively.
- Develop mitigation plans to avoid delays and disruptions.
### **11\. Performance Monitoring \& Reporting**
- Track project health and implementation KPIs.
- Maintain implementation dashboards and reports.
- Present project status to Service Head and leadership teams.
