As a Software Manager specializing in React and enterprise application development, you will lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high\-performing web applications. You'll oversee the full development lifecycle and ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects. This role emphasizes modern front\-end frameworks, cloud\-native development, and integration with enterprise platforms.

Our Team

You'll join a cross\-functional Solutions Architecture team focused on delivering innovative digital solutions using React, Azure, and enterprise\-grade APIs. The team collaborates across product, engineering, and business units to accelerate transformation and improve user experience across platforms.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of React\-based applications integrated with enterprise systems.
• Architect scalable front\-end and back\-end solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Azure services.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and security compliance.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8\+ years of experience in software development, with 4\+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Azure cloud services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of Agile development and DevOps practices.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of SAP integration and enterprise data workflows.
• Exposure to backend technologies like .NET Core or Python.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ\-204, AZ\-400, or AZ\-305\).
• Experience with application telemetry using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
