We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on expertise in automation and manual testing, experience in defining scalable testing strategies, and the ability to drive quality engineering practices across teams. The role requires a combination of technical leadership, team management, process improvement, and client collaboration to ensure high\-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives and industry standards.

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and manage QA activities across multiple software projects, ensuring effective test coverage, reliability, and quality standards.
• Testing Strategy \& Frameworks: Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
• QA Governance: Establish, strengthen, and continuously improve QA governance processes, testing standards, methodologies, and quality metrics across projects.
• Test Coverage \& Defect Management: Collaborate with Quality Analysts and engineering teams to assess test coverage, identify quality gaps, analyze test failures, and drive effective defect triage and resolution.
• Team Leadership \& Development: Build and develop a high\-performing QA team by strengthening technical capabilities, behavioral competencies, and collaboration.
• Resource \& Skill Management: Ensure the team maintains the right balance of technical skills and testing expertise to meet project requirements.
• Technical Direction: Work closely with technical experts to provide direction, challenge existing approaches, and drive continuous improvements in testing practices and delivery quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, defect prevention, test coverage, and overall product quality.
• Cross\-functional Collaboration: Partner with development, product, and other stakeholders to integrate quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Client Communication: Communicate testing strategies, quality metrics, risks, and improvement plans effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Key Required Skills
• 12\+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and software testing, with demonstrated experience in technical and team leadership.
• Strong hands\-on experience in both automated and manual testing of web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Proven ability to design test scenarios, develop test data, and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Hands\-on experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience in testing relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB.
• Experience in security testing using OWASP ZAP or similar tools.
• Experience in performance and load testing using Apache JMeter or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, test coverage, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience working in Agile and iterative software development environments.
• Ability to establish QA standards, improve testing governance, and drive process consistency across multiple projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring team members and developing technical and behavioral competencies.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, communication, collaboration, and client\-handling skills.

• Experience in the eCommerce domain, including commerce platforms and related integrations.
• Experience managing QA activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into continuous delivery workflows.
• Experience defining quality metrics, reporting test results, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to AI\-assisted testing tools and techniques for test case generation, test automation, defect analysis, and improving overall testing efficiency.
