As Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for managing a team of intermediate or experienced Inside Sales professionals. Sets objectives and guides team on inside sales goals. Responsible for ensuring inside sales goals are met, and supporting inside sales team. Makes significant improvements on processes to enhance insides sales work performance.
As a Manager \- Strategic Accounts, you’ll be responsible for
- Drive business development through key and strategic customers to achieve sustainable growth.
- Identify, create, and develop new strategic accounts to contribute to overall organizational growth.
- Map key stakeholders and decision\-makers within strategic customer accounts and manage the end\-to\-end customer relationship.
- Coordinate closely with internal business, sales, operations, and service teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Act as a single point of contact for strategic customers.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and future plans to propose value\-based solutions.
- Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and roadmap alignments with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, operations, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate technical discussions, proposals, and project timelines.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Track customer industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
As a minimum you must have
- University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
