As the Client Experience Lead \& Facilitator, you will own end\-to\-end delivery of immersive, executive client experiences (client visits, labs, briefings, sessions). You will partner with account teams and senior leaders to shape objectives, design the experience, manage delivery workstreams, lead logistics and content readiness, and facilitate executive discussions—while also providing team leadership and performance management. In addition to owning visit management, you will own or support a portfolio that innovates for experiences and operational excellence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, project management, stakeholder relationship building, and exceptional facilitation skills.
